Allowed IPs
To reinforce our authentication process, it is now possible to define allowed IPs from your profile form page. You can limit access to one, multiple, or a port range of IPv4 or IPv6. If you have enabled this security measure, we’ll check it for every connection made to the administration panel or the API.

Monitoring probes available on dedicated servers
As requested by some of our customers, we just introduced monitoring probes.
This feature is available on dedicated servers only and allows you to configure a probe that will check, on a frequency you define, that a specific address is responding successfully (e.g. returning a 2xx HTTP code, or a predefined string in the body). This is particularly useful to track a problem that is not on a hardware level (in this case of course, we have our own monitoring system). As the probe detects a problem, an alert is sent to our team to check this out and resolve it if possible or contact you if the problem is on the application side.
Every configured probe has a monthly fee and an extra cost for every intervention we made (only if your application is responsible). For more information, see the Web > Probe menu in the administration panel or the documentation page.

Accounts management: change ownership
It is now possible, through administration panel (Accounts menu), to give the ownership of any of your accounts to another alwaysdata user. The system stops your subscription (and refunds you) to start a new one with the new owner.
